2.1. The Competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years and older.
2.2. The Competition is not open to employees, agents, contractors, or family members of the Organiser, nor to any individuals associated with the development or operation of this Competition.
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must 1) Follow, Like and Highlighting Crowberry Media’s Facebook page and 2) complete the egg hunt on crowberry.co.za
3.2. Entries must be submitted by 17 December 2024 at 10am to be eligible.
4.1. The winner of the Competition will receive:
• A custom 3 ‘A4’ page website design
• Basic SEO setup for the website
• 1-year .co.za domain registration and hosting package
4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative products or services.
4.3. The prize is only valid for a single website with the specifications outlined above. Any additional services or features beyond those specified will be charged separately.
5.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by the Organiser.
5.2. The winner will be notified on the Desperate Dads show on Mix FM on the 18 December 2024 and via WhatsApp.
6.1. The 3 ‘A4’ page website design and layout.
6.2. The winner must provide content (text, images, logo, etc.)
6.3. The website design will be based on standard templates and will be customized according to the winner’s brand identity. Complex custom features or e-commerce functionality are not included in this prize and will incur additional costs.
6.4. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any website content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.
7.1. The basic SEO services will include:
• Keyword research
• Meta tags optimization
• Basic on-page SEO (such as title tags, header tags, image alt text, etc.)
7.2. The basic SEO services will be performed on the winner’s website after the site is live.
7.3. The winner acknowledges that SEO results are not guaranteed and may take time to show visible results.
8.1. The Organiser will provide one year of free hosting and domain registration for the winner’s website.
8.2. The hosting package will include of disc space 250mb, bandwidth 1000mb, email accounts 5.
8.3. The domain name will be registered for 12 months, and renewal after the first year is the responsibility of the winner.
8.4. The hosting service will only be provided for one year. After that, the winner will be responsible for renewing hosting and domain registration at the standard rates.
9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
9.2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
9.3. The Organiser’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Competition.
9.4. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Competition’s results or these

10.3. The Organiser is not liable for any technical issues, such as website downtime, server errors, or data loss, that may occur during the design, development, or hosting of the website.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
